Marion Davis, Strategic Director for Children, Young People and Families for Warwickshire County Council, and Professor Alan Prout, Director of the Institute of Education at the University of Warwick, will present the awards (pictured above).
Marion Davis said: “We are proud to celebrate the achievements of the children of Warwickshire who have worked hard before and after-school and in the holidays to study at the Children’s University™.”

The ceremony took place in November 2007 to celebrate the achievment of Gold, High Achievers or Special Plaque awards for more than 7,300 hours of out of hour’s voluntary activity.
A Chinese Lion Dance performed by pupils from Woodside Primary in Atherstone, and a premier performance from the mini opera ‘Children of the Dark’ by St Marie’s Catholic Junior School in Rugby were two of the treats in store for more than 100 young ‘graduates’.
