Altofts Juniors Association Football Club
Football is an activity that provides fitness, its physical, emotional, mental and social. It teaches children how to learn and concentrate. They work towards goals and develop confidence, creativity, expression and self-awareness. The activities give the young people an obvious benefit that they can take through life with them. Football is excellent as there are different positions within the game that children can experience – goalkeeper, defender, midfielder, and striker. Key resources are the coaches who are vibrant and ensure children attending have fun and enjoy learning. They give clear instruction and ensure all children are included and progress at a comfortable rate.
