Children are provided with a fun, safe learning environment supported by qualified volunteers who have experience and additional guidance from the wider committee and club partners including associated bodies such as the Norfolk County FA, Football Foundation and via Sport England. Sessions provide a range of fun and exciting activities which build a session lasting 1-2 hours in length. All sessions are monitored and improved with regular feedback from children, parents/guardians, club volunteers and partners. The children gain a wide range of skills in sport and physical health, encouraging continued development and consistent engagement in sporting activities. Retention in monitored by the club. Children also build communication, social and leadership skills which improve self-confidence and enhance the experience. Children are rewarded for their efforts and highlighted personal achievements after each session, term and season. The skills children gained can be carried throughout the club, as part of a ‘sporting pathway’ which integrates the club with local partners to maintain and increase sporting participation through enjoyment of the game.
