Heritage Hours The etchings of the Norwich School of Artists
Although the paintings of the nineteenth-century Norwich School are well known, the etchings of that period have received less attention. The major Norwich School artists, including John Crome and John Sell Cotman, did however devote much of their attention to etchings, and so did a number of less well-known artists, some of whose work is of outstanding quality. Join Dr Geoffrey Searle to discuss this. February 9th These free talks continue every other Tuesday lunch time 1-2pm.
