Shakespeare's Globe
Shakespeare’s Globe offers exciting and educational activities for families and children all year round. At the 2013 Family Arts Festival awards, we were awarded Best Family Event - for Muse of Fire - and Best Family Welcome in the South. The Globe Exhibition & Tour offers an opportunity for families and kids to learn more about Shakespeare and the theatre for which he wrote. Live demonstrations take place throughout the day exploring stage-fighting and Elizabethan clothing. Globe Education, the largest theatre education department in the country, holds regular events created especially for young people. Come and join us as we bring Shakespeare's stories to life for the whole family. Our Globe Shop features a wonderful range of souvenirs, from play-themed stationery to books and clothing, so you can take your visit to Shakespeare's Globe home with you. Please note: Owing to the size of this visitor attraction and the number of visitors, they may not sign your Passport to Learning.
