Advanced Recreational (8+ years)
Spiral Gymnastics Club provides gymnastics training in a safe and fun environment for all ages and abilities. This session is for students who have some experience and wish to develop their skills. Students: Gymnastic warm up and games Develop basic gymnastic skills on floor, beam, bar, p-bars, trampoline and vault. Students can if they wish, develop onto nationally recognised Proficiency Award Schemes measured against a set criteria.

Intermediate (7+ years)
Spiral Gymnastics Club provides gymnastics training in a safe and fun environment for all ages and abilities. This session is for students with experience and wish to develop their skills. Recreational (ages 5 -7 years)
Spiral Gymnastics Club provides gymnastics training in a safe and fun environment for all ages and abilities. This session is a fun introduction to the sport. Students are encouraged to develop gymnastic based skills. Students can if they wish develop onto nationally recognised Proficiency Award Schemes.

Squad Training
These are weekly training sessions for committed gymnastic members who perform regularly in local and national competitions. The young people will be expected to train between 2 - 9 hours a week depending on up and coming competitions and events. In addition to the training students are expected to show commitment by regular attendance; to work as part of a team, demonstrate independence, support for others and creativity. For regular squad training students can earn 2 CU credits per week,
