TPF - Parkour
Tricking - is a mixture between martial arts, tumbling and break dancing combined together creating one movement. Parkour - The activity or sport of moving rapidly through an area, typically in a urban environment, negotiating obstacles by running, jumping and climbing. Free-rennung - a version of parkour that typically places greater emphasis on acrobatic techniques and self-expression.
