Croydon Children's University

Croydon Children’s University is managed by The Hive Croydon*, a local charity supporting children and families in Croydon, seeking solutions to the issues that negatively affect people’s lives. We guide and nurture young people who dare to dream of better lives for themselves, to make positive life choices though Children’s University learning and see themselves as an important part of their community.

We work in partnership with the London Borough of Croydon through their services including Libraries, Leisure Centres, Community Conservation Partnership, Croydon Music and Arts, The Fairfield Halls. We also work with Mansfield College University of Oxford and a variety of educational organisations and businesses. Our Chancellor is Lucinda Rumsey MBE, Senior Tutor, Mansfield College, University of Oxford.

Croydon Children’s University is open to working with all schools across The London Borough of Croydon.

We are also able to support children who attend a Croydon school that is not yet signed up to Children’s University and home-educated children.
